Along the N201 near Vreeland, we installed 240 meters of WHIS®barrier on behalf of the Province of Utrecht. This helps to reduce noise nuisance for approximately 60 homes and a primary school. The WHIS®barrier consists of an aluminum WHIS®top mounted behind a standard concrete barrier.
The Vreeland Village Council reports that local residents are very pleased with the effect of the WHIS®barrier. Their response:
